Foresta Timber and Board is calling on Gauteng’s contractors, builders, carpenters, cabinet makers and hands-on timber pros to show us what they’re building.
Big build, small job, quick fix or work in progress, if timber is part of it, we want to see it.

Post a photo or video of your timber build on Facebook or Instagram.

Make sure your post is public so we can see your entry.

No job is too big or too small for the Bakkie Brigade.
From roof structures and decking to shelves, cabinets, ceilings, repairs and site fixes, if timber is part of it, Foresta wants to see it.

Terms and Conditions
By entering the Foresta’s Bakkie Brigade competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The competition runs from 30 June until 31 July.
- The winner will be announced in August at a Foresta Timber and Board cheese and wine product showcase evening.
- To enter, participants must post a photo or video of a timber-related build, tag Foresta Timber and Board and use #ForestasBakkieBrigade.
- Entries must be posted on Facebook or Instagram.
- Entrants must ensure their posts are public so Foresta Timber and Board can view the entry.
- The competition is open to contractors, builders, carpenters, cabinet makers, installers and tradesmen in Gauteng.
- The prize is one Foresta Timber and Board voucher valued at R5000.
- The voucher may only be redeemed at Foresta Timber and Board.
- The voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
- Foresta Timber and Board reserves the right to repost, share or feature submitted entries as part of campaign content.
- The winner will be selected and contacted by Foresta Timber and Board.
- Foresta Timber and Board’s decision is final.
